1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the e-commerce platform operated by SIA SUPERBOOST, registration number 40203340405, registered at Matīsa iela 69A – 21, Rīga, LV-1009, Latvia (hereinafter – “Company”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using this website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Business Model and Eligibility

The Company operates a business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platform.

Purchases are permitted only for businesses and professionals operating in the beauty, wellness, or related industries.

By registering and placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are acting in the course of a business or professional activity
• You are authorized to purchase and use the products
• The information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to verify user eligibility and deny or suspend access at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access the platform and purchase products, users must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

• Unauthorized access

5. Orders and Contract Formation

• A contract is concluded once order confirmation is issued

6. Prices and Payments

• All prices are indicated in EUR unless stated otherwise
• Prices may be shown excluding VAT (B2B context)
• Payment is processed via Swedbank Everpay

We do not store payment card details.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Delivery

We deliver within the European Union using:

• DPD
• DHL

Delivery terms:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information

8. Returns and Refunds (B2B)

As this is a B2B transaction, standard consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is defective
• The product was delivered incorrectly

Conditions:

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a refund or replacement.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• The Company is not responsible for improper use of products
• Total liability is limited to the value of the order

10. Product Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for:

• Using products in accordance with applicable regulations
• Ensuring appropriate and safe use within their professional activities

The Company does not assume responsibility for:

• Results of treatments or applications
• Outcomes related to the use of products

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

• Text
• Images
• Branding

is the property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
