Refunds & Returns Policy
1. General
This policy applies to all purchases made from SIA SUPERBOOST (EU shipping only).
All products are intended for professional use (B2B). By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if all conditions are met:
- Product is unused and unopened
- Product is in original, intact packaging
- Protective seals are not broken
- Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Hygiene-sensitive or sterile items once opened
- Made-to-order or custom products
Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic consumables, these restrictions are strictly enforced.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide photo evidence clearly showing the issue
After verification:
- If the product is replaceable → we will send a replacement at no cost
- If the product is unique/unavailable → a full refund will be issued
If the damage is confirmed to be caused during shipping, we will:
- Cover all shipping costs
- Arrange replacement delivery
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at sales@reyu.eu
- Provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (non-defective returns)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If return is due to verified damage or defect → we cover all costs
7. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
8. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
9. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
- Deduct value if returned items are not in original condition
